Steve was exceptionally prompt, arriving exactly when expected, and his knowledge of the area was impressive. Steve was very professional and very punctual. I had him pick me up and take me to the airport, then vice versa. He was, I want to say, 20 minutes early, but could have been earlier. He was so easy to talk to when he was driving. He is very friendly. When he picked me up from the airport, my flight was delayed due to storms. Steve kept in contact with me and waited at the airport until I flew in. Great service and great everything all the way around. I highly recommend Steve! I will always choose him when needing a ride. This company definitely lived up to its name of "A Plus Transportation". Steve went out of his way to ensure our family was taken care of. He was easy to find upon arrival at the airport as he met us in baggage claim with a tablet displaying our last name. He was chivalrous in taking my bag, opening our doors, and adjusting seats for us. As well as having ice-cold water available. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Steve was very knowledgeable about the area and even took us on a quick detour through the Air Force Armament Museum. He then supplied us with a list of where to go and what to do in Destin. He was extremely friendly and flexible as our flight home got cancelled, and he immediately came back to the airport to get us. He then recommended a nearby hotel with availability on short notice, as well as restaurants and shops. Steve was consistently early to ensure our on-time arrival at our destinations, and I felt my family was safe and in good hands with him as our driver.

Riding with Steve and A Plus Transport was an extremely smooth and enjoyable experience. We struggled all week with cancelled Ubers/Lyfts, unpredictable pricing, and unreliable service. With Steve, we had friendly, accommodating service and peace of mind that he would be there for an early morning pick-up at the airport. Steve’s car was clean, well-appointed, and had room for 6 passengers and their luggage. He was easy to hurdle over the phone and even had a gift for us when we got in the car! I highly recommend riding with Steve if you’re in Destin or surrounding areas!

Steve is the owner/operator of A Plus Transport. His vehicle is spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. He recently drove us to the airport and picked us up after our vacation. It was a pleasure to work with someone so professional, timely, respectful, and honest. There were several hiccups with our trip ( cancelled flight, delayed flights), causing some rescheduling, but he promptly responded his availability. He was there to pick us up not only on time but had parked the car and met us near baggage claim to help with our luggage. He is all about service in an old-fashioned way, and that’s very hard to find! We would recommend Steve highly, but I hesitate to because we want to keep him to ourselves, haha! Thank you, Steve!! We will be calling you for all of our transportation from now on!
